Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide our services.

About these terms

These are the terms on which Eonia Omorfia (Kritsotakis Family Trust, ABN 45 984 876 899) provides treatments, vouchers, and information through this website. By booking a treatment, purchasing a voucher, or using this site, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and any mandatory consumer protections in NSW — none of which are excluded.

Bookings

Bookings are taken through our booking platform Fresha or by direct enquiry. A booking is confirmed only when you have received written confirmation (email or SMS) from us. We may decline a booking where the treatment is not suitable on clinical grounds, or where the requested location falls outside our service area.

Consultation and consent

Every new treatment requires a consultation and a signed, treatment-specific consent form before delivery. See our Treatment Safety & Contraindications page for the criteria we apply.

Payment

Payment is processed by Fresha (our booking and payments platform) at the time of booking, or by other arrangement at consultation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX through Fresha. Prices on the site are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking.
  • Within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation after the practitioner has arrived: 100% of the treatment fee is charged.
  • We will rebook free of charge if we need to reschedule due to practitioner illness or unavailability.

Mobile service area

We service Sydney metro — Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, CBD & Surrounds, Sutherland Shire, and Northern Beaches (on request). For locations outside the core area a call-out fee may apply, agreed at booking. We need a clean, well-lit, private space large enough for a treatment bed, with mains power available.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are issued and tracked through Fresha. The voucher itself shows its validity period at the time of purchase. Vouchers are partially redeemable, non-refundable for cash, and may be used towards any treatment in our menu at the price current on the day of redemption. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law gift card rules.

Results

Individual results vary. Where we describe an expected outcome, it is based on the protocol applied across a typical course of treatments, not a guarantee for every client. Suitability is confirmed at consultation. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from your GP or specialist.

Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms reduces or excludes any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If we provide a service that is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the agreed purpose, your remedies under the ACL apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific treatment that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss that arises from your failure to follow the aftercare instructions we have provided.

Use of this website

This site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current at all times. Treatment names, prices, and the menu may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of New South Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows the version currently in force.
